Package Options

The Woburn

This is our basic package, comprising marking competition scorecards. Charges are based on the number of cards, and the format of the competition. Prices are structured with a nominal fixed fee plus a charge per card, to include provision of the scoring software, data entry (course details, names, handicaps, gross scores, etc.), and processing the competition results. Copies of the results are printed for the event organiser.

The Gleneagles

Our Gleneagles packages comprise a host of ancillary services, including designing and running fun competitions (e.g. putting, chipping, or a golf rules quiz). They can also include handling golfer registration, providing a helpdesk throughout the day, course marshalling/starting, rules adjudication, and/or photography, etc. All of these services are available at extremely favourable rates, and are charged according to the number of golfers involved.

The Belfry

This package provides a dedicated internet site, branded with your company logos, and containing your key marketing messages, that can be made available to your team and your guests. The site can contain information about the venue, arrangements for the day, player lists, tee times, etc., and then after the day can incorporate the results of the competitions and a photo gallery where your guests can download copies of any pictures taken on the day. Charges for this package include a one-time setup charge, and then a monthly fee. All you have to do is to supply the desired information, marketing materials, and leave the rest to us (or why not use our golf day management services to take care of this for you?). You determine how long the site remains available (subject to a minimum period of one month).

The Grove

The Grove brings together all the components of The Woburn and The Belfry at a discounted rate. The degree of discount will depend on the details of your golf day, so please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
